DAYMARK

Privacy policy

A plain-language summary of how this site handles information in its current version.

Information you provide

Daymark has no account or newsletter. When you use the contact form, the name, email address and message you choose to submit are sent over HTTPS to Web3Forms for delivery to the site owner. Web3Forms says it can store submissions for up to three years by default; its retention period can be shortened by the form owner. Do not send sensitive personal information. We use your message only to answer you or address the feedback.

Browser behavior

Today’s date, tool inputs and countdowns are calculated in your browser using your device’s local clock. Daymark does not receive or store the dates you enter into the calendar builder, PTO optimizer, business-day calculator or holiday status checker. Hosting infrastructure may process basic request data, such as IP address and browser information, for delivery, security and operational logs under the hosting provider’s policies.

Analytics

Daymark uses Google Analytics 4 to understand overall traffic and improve pages and tools. Google Analytics may process information such as pages visited, approximate location, referring page, device and browser category, and interactions with the site, and may use cookies or similar technologies. Daymark reviews aggregated reports and does not use Analytics to identify visitors directly or combine analytics activity with contact-form submissions. Learn more in Google’s privacy policy. You can also use browser privacy controls or the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

External links and advertising

Links to source organizations open their own websites and follow those organizations’ privacy policies. Daymark does not currently display third-party advertising. Google Analytics is the analytics service described above.

Changes

We will update this notice when the site’s analytics, advertising or other data-handling practices materially change. Last reviewed: September 24, 2026.
